Mindless Comedies

It was the time when comedy movies of Hrishikesh Mukherjee was giggled you all the way, Golmaal, Khatta meetha, Chupke Chupke, it was the era, but the founder of Mindless comedy was David Dhawan who partnered with Govinda and delivered almost dozen of such kind of comedies. It was stopped and in between just because of retirement of Govinda, but it started again with Piyadarshan's sequel of satire Hera Pheri, and this is going on and on, but then generation of comedies started for so called Mindless Comedies, which include Welcome, Fool n Final , and lot's of movies which does not comes to my mind just because of being mindless.
Actually why they call these movies mindless, i thought it's just because we don't need to use our mind during the movies because they are so complicated to understand, and sometime even the film crew( Directors and Actors) urges to the viewer that please don't use your precious mind. And now directors are misusing the concept of mindless comedies. Almost every month a mindless comedy in the theaters and people still have not learned that it is a total wastage of money.
This Diwali is we saw two mindless releases, by using the hero as a poor fellow is not a way to do comedies, in case of Action Repplayy the plot was really good but they totally ruined the movie. When we talk about Rohit Shetty he must have to take inspiration from the show which he was hosting on Sony " Comedy Circus". Since every director has a specific formula for movies just like David using Govinda and Kader Khan, Hrishikesh using Amol Palekar, Rohit using Ajay Devgan and lot's of comedian that are available.
But there is one question who is going to laugh??
